The Kiwi Gun Blog objects to innocent shooters becoming entrapped in nonsense persecutions. Again. This nonsense is only even considered because we don’t KEEP the offenders that we have already found behind bars.
Lets enforce our existing laws before we target shooters with new intrusions.

Me thinks some sections of Police are desperate enough to want to be able to routinely surveil any and every Firearms Licence holder they choose – without due process and completely without having to provide any basis in law – a mere niggling “dislike” being seen as enough.
The rot is truly setting in …. IMIO

Why don’t the Police focus on real criminals and leave us law abiding firearms holder alone. Even when they lock up criminals for theft, murder, rape Etc the crims only serve half their time anyway. Sounds like the NZ Police are chasing the UN recommendation of the WORLD ORDER and all citizens should not own or bear arms. Hitler, Stalin, Police State all spring to mind.
